We specialize in substantial tenant improvement, renovation, new construction, and seismic upgrade projects in many core markets, including healthcare, education, historic, and life science. Herrero Builders is a construction partner that focuses on delivering meaningful and lasting value.
Over our 70 years in business, we have built a reputation for our integrity, innovation, and service among our clients by adopting innovative construction processes through Lean implementation, Integrated Project Delivery methodologies, and Virtual Design and Construction software. Additionally, we firmly believe that the key to our success is our commitment and dedication to our core values. They are the foundation upon which all our projects are built, all our employees are hired, and all our decisions are made. To be considered for this position, you must embody the following:
· Finding what’s valued. Value discovered and value delivered means value is created. We listen with an open mind because finding what’s important to everyone involved always leads to a surprisingly better definition of the outcome and is key to delivering a successful project.
· We have a process for that. Process drives results. We thrive on process and continuous improvement both internally and externally. We are proud of the systems and processes we have in place because they allow us to deliver results consistently and predictably.
· Count on me. Our word is our promise. If we say we will do something, then you can count on us to deliver. If something happens that impacts our promise, we will take responsibility to make things right.
· Always learning. Always teaching. We are a learning organization. We have a department of learning that not only educates our own people but also selflessly shares that knowledge globally with companies, universities and even our competitors. We are committed to finding a better way for the future of our people and industry.
· Relationships matter. Deeply. We believe in people. We believe in fairness because we are in it for the long term. Regularly demonstrating how much we value relationships with customers, trade partners, suppliers, the community and of course, our staff is key to our success.
