- Prepare briefing notes, talking points and decision memos ahead of meetings, board sessions and client engagements.
- Track strategic initiatives and commitments, following up with executives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as gatekeeper for the President, exercising sound judgment on what requires the President's attention.
- Represent the Office of the President with senior executives, clients, government stakeholders and partners.
- Manage a complex, fast-moving calendar across multiple time zones, balancing internal, client and government commitments.
- Plan and coordinate all travel, international itineraries, visas and logistics.
- Draft, edit and manage correspondence and communications on the President's behalf.
- Prepare for and support Executive Committee meetings, board meetings and offsites, including agendas, materials and action tracking.
- Support the President's participation in flagship events and summits, coordinating with event, protocol and content teams.
- Manage VIP and government protocol, including invitations, meeting arrangements and follow-ups.
- Build strong working relationships with the Chairman's office, global leadership team, clients and senior partners.
- Maintain the President's key relationships and contacts, ensuring timely touchpoints and follow-ups.
- Liaise with RA&A offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, France, and the USA.
- Handle expenses, reporting and general office administration.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive business and personal matters.

- Minimum 10+ years' experience supporting C-suite or President-level executives, including at least 5 years in a strategic partner capacity.
- Experience in a global, fast-paced organization, such as strategic communications, events, consulting, investment or government.
- Strong experience working in the GCC, ideally in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with an understanding of local business culture and government protocol.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; comfortable using productivity tools.
- Willing and able to travel frequently, particularly between Dubai and Riyadh.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chief of Staff, Executive Office or senior project management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale international events, summits or forums.

- Sound judgment and decision-making, with the confidence to act independently.
- Absolute discretion and integrity.
- Strong executive presence with heads of state, ministers, CEOs and VIPs.
- Calm and effective under pressure in high-stakes, fast-changing environments.
- Cultural fluency across Gulf, European, African and American business settings.
- Exceptional organizational, communication and follow-through skills.
What We Offer
