About The Role
Manage data analytics, market research, overall market performance and requirement based on BDproposals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business growthopportunities that inform Business Development strategies.
Leverage the IQVIA dashboard to analyze market data, monitor performance metrics, and deliveractionable business intelligence to key stakeholders.
Drive continuous self-development in the medical sales industry and DKSH's business practices, buildingsubject matter expertise that supports evolving business development needs.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Will Deliver
The Business Analyst is a key contributor within the Business Development (BD) team, leveraging marketresearch and data analytics to generate insights that strengthen DKSH's strategic growth in the medicalsales industry.
BA enhances business visibility and enables data-driven decision-making that directly supports DKSH'scompetitive positioning in the market.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with a detail-oriented approach to interpreting complex data.
Well-organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
What You Bring
Bachelor of Degree in Business Administration, Business Solution, Marketing or other related studies.
Minimally 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Possess strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks.
Autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
Good negotiation skills with commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively with leaders andteams.
Good communication, presentation skills
SAP system experience is an added advantage
