It is the person who becomes an extension of the Executive Vice President (EVP), running the details, and turning vision into action across the business. One day you are prepping for a leadership meeting and managing a packed calendar. The next you're guiding marketing initiatives, supporting our refreshed brand, and ensuring key projects stay on track. What You’ll Do:
- Executive support for the EVP, including calendar, travel, inbox triage, meeting prep, and follow through.
- Office coordination that keeps our team running smoothly as we grow .
- Support the execution of marketing, branding, and community engagement initiatives, providing direction and coordination across internal and external partners.
- Special projects tied to our growth, including the brand rollout, process improvements, and whatever moves the business forward.
- Being a trusted, discreet, and steady presence for the EVP and the wider team.
