Executive, Business System Analyst (Agency Admin & Support)
Key responsibilities
Conduct functional testing of the core system and related platforms for new features and system upgrades.
Perform functional testing of the core system and other platforms for corrective fixes and enhancement features.
Execute functional testing for new product implementations within the core system and supporting platforms.
Understand user requirements and ensure effective delivery of system features.
Translate user specifications and requirements into system gap analyses and documentation.
Investigate reported system issues, identify root causes, and work towards resolution.
Carry out data cleansing activities within the core system to improve system functionality and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Agency Compensation and Benefits is an added advantage. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with the Life Core System (Agency) is an advantage; training will be provided if required.
