Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
- Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service
- Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines
- Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude
- Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges
- Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance customer service levels
- Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events
- Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy
- Assist with phone solicitation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation:
- Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
- Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
- Occasionally required to sit or stoop
- Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
- The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
- Schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs.
