Executive Chef

• Manage the overall Kitchen operation to ensure luxury Forbes 5 star service levels and superior guest experience.
• Lead 120 culinary team members; develop talent, responsible for recruitment, training and payroll.
• Design innovative culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance.
• Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments.
• Member of Executive Committe.

• Bachelor/ Culinary degree
• 3+ years in a similar role in luxury hotels
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven leadership ability, excellent team motivator, customer centric
• Solid administrative and numerical proficiency
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
• Asian experience preferred
