What You'll Do

As an Executive Chef, you will own the entire culinary operation of a high-volume, full-service restaurant: menu execution and development, food cost and inventory management, kitchen labor and scheduling, hiring and developing your culinary team, vendor relationships, and food safety and sanitation standards. You'll partner closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience and a healthy P&L, and you'll have a real voice in the creative direction of your kitchen.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years as an Executive Chef, or 5+ years as a Chef de Cuisine/Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven command of food cost, labor cost, and inventory systems
• Strong scratch-cooking fundamentals and a passion for consistency at volume
• A leader who builds culture in the kitchen — low turnover follows you around
• Experience developing menus and specials that sell

Compensation & Growth

Executive Chef salaries start at $65,000 and range to $90,000+ depending on experience and qualifications. All of our managers move through a structured career path; upon graduating (typically within your first few months), you qualify for an annual bonus opportunity starting at $6,000 based on performance metrics, with bonus potential that grows from there.
