We’re looking for an Executive Chef to lead the culinary agenda for Unilever Food Solutions in Egypt, acting as the face of the brand within the foodservice industry. This role combines deep culinary expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth, inspire customers, and deliver innovative solutions across the HORECA channel.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership & Business Growth

• Lead the culinary agenda for UFS Egypt, driving growth across priority HORECA channels
• Translate market, operator, and consumer insights into innovative, commercially relevant culinary solutions
• Support delivery of business, innovation, and profitability targets

Innovation & Product Development

• Develop and apply recipes and product applications aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Cross-functional teams to support innovation pipelines
• Contribute to product optimization through application testing and quality evaluation

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

• Act as the face of UFS in the market, engaging with chefs, operators, and key customers
• Deliver impactful culinary demonstrations, tastings, and product activations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chef influencers and industry stakeholders

Training & Capability Building

• Design and deliver culinary training programs for internal teams and external partners
• Establish culinary standards, best practices, and application guidelines
• Support sales teams through product demonstrations and customer engagements

Content & Market Relevance

• Stay ahead of culinary trends (local and global) and translate them into actionable insights
• Support digital content creation and brand presence initiatives
• Lead internal tastings, benchmarking, and innovation sessions

Required Qualifications

• Culinary qualification with 7–10 years of professional kitchen experience
• Strong experience within the foodservice / HORECA industry
• Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing, commercially driven role
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and global food trends
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
