Executive, Community & Programme
Programme Coordination
· Support the planning, coordination and implementation of community programmes, events and activities.
· Work with internal teams to ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and according to agreed timelines.
· Assist with post-programme evaluation and follow-up actions.
Planning and Administration
· Prepare programme schedules, workplans, budgets and administrative documents.
· Coordinate logistics, venues, materials, manpower and other programme requirements.
· Maintain proper documentation of programme activities and expenditure.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Liaise with caregivers, families, volunteers, community partners and service providers.
· Respond to enquiries and provide timely updates on programme arrangements.
· Support communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Programme Monitoring and Evaluation
· Monitor programme participation, activities and deliverables.
· Collect feedback and maintain records of programme outcomes.
· Highlight operational issues and assist in implementing appropriate follow-up actions.
Volunteer Recruitment and Development
· Support the recruitment, onboarding and deployment of volunteers.
· Maintain regular communication with volunteers and assist in coordinating training and engagement activities.
· Encourage volunteer participation, development and a sense of purpose in supporting caregivers and families.
Process Improvement
· Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements to programme processes.
· Support the implementation of procedures that improve programme efficiency, service quality and participant experience.
Compliance and Reporting
· Ensure programme activities are carried out in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and relevant requirements.
· Prepare programme updates, statistics, reports and supporting documents.
· Maintain accurate records for reporting, audit and evaluation purposes.
Community Outreach and Partnerships
· Support community outreach initiatives and engagement activities.
· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with community organisations, healthcare providers, social service agencies and other partners.
· Represent the organisation at outreach events, meetings and programme activities when required.
Database and Records Management
· Maintain accurate and updated records of participants, volunteers, collaborators, sponsors and partners.
· Ensure proper data entry, filing, documentation and confidentiality.
· Support the preparation of programme statistics and database reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Polytechnic diploma in Community Development, Social Sciences, Social Work, Events Management or a related discipline.
· Relevant experience in programme coordination, community engagement, volunteer management or event administration is preferred.
· Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with databases and digital systems.
· A team player who is resourceful, responsible and committed to supporting caregivers, persons with disabilities and their families.
· Willing to support programmes and events outside regular working hours when required.
· Experience in Grassroots volunteer will be advantageous.
