Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end process of corporate/retail accounts onboarding.
- Maintenance of corporate/retail accounts like timely review of the accounts.
- Process other requests of corporate/retail customers like prepare bank reference letters, stop cheque payments etc.
- Process audit confirmation request for corporate /retail customers/auditors and follow-up.
Any other work assigned by superiors in case of operational needs.
Requirements
- Diploma; additional certification in Business Administration is advantageous
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling corporate/retail accounts in banking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment operation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Polite, patient, well-presented, and maintain a positive attitude
- Able to commit to the full contract period
