Description of tasks

1. Reseller Performance Management

• Monitor monthly sell‑in and sell‑out data against assigned quotas.

• Identify performance gaps and coordinate with resellers on corrective actions.

• Support quarterly business reviews with performance summaries and forecasts.

2. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

• Consolidate reseller sales data and prepare monthly status reports with key metrics.

• Track inventory levels, aging, and parts mix to highlight risks or opportunities.

• Maintain dashboards for management review.

3. Create and execute parts promotion programs

• Support rollout of trading programs, including target setting, communication, and claims processing.

• Track program effectiveness (ROI, participation rate) and ensure compliance with program rules.

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance) to resolve operational issues

4. Reseller Communication & Issue Resolution

• Serve as point of contact for resellers on execution‑related matters.

• Document and escalate unresolved issues; follow up until closure.

• Distribute program updates, price changes, and policy notifications in a timely manner.

5. Market Intelligence & Business Support

• Collect feedback from resellers on competition, demand trends, and program effectiveness.

• Provide input for sales forecasting and inventory planning.

• Assist in ad‑hoc projects related to channel development.
