Executive, Customer Resolutions & Compliance
Summary
Handles property-related compliance, dispute resolution, and customer service for a real estate firm in Singapore, including tribunal claims and AML checks.
Responsibilities
1. Provide general compliance advice on property related matters to our salespersons.
2. Represent the Company on the claims matters in Small Claims Tribunals (SCT).
3. Attend Mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
4. Manage Anti Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, audit check and follow up.
5. Manage the enquiries and feedback from our salespersons and clients.
6. Attend to our salespersons and clients walk in and phone calls.
7. Draft legal documents.
8. Perform any other ad hoc assignments as and when assigned in support of the department.
Requirements
1. Degree / Diploma in Business, Real Estate or any related discipline. Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines are also welcome to apply.
2. Prior experience in managing complaints and disputes resolution, legal support, customer service in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
3. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in compliance and dispute resolution are encouraged to apply.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
5. Bilingual in both English and Chinese language as required to handle Mandarin speaking customers / salespersons.
6. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing operational and business requirements in fast pace environment.

Other Information
Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
