As an Executive Design Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, explore design possibilities, recommend custom window treatment solutions, and guide each project from the initial consultation through installation and beyond.

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll manage your own customer relationships, take ownership of your projects, and build a portfolio of customers who trust you enough to come back and refer others.

You bring the sales ability and initiative. We'll provide the opportunities, training, products, and team support to help you succeed.

Window treatment experience is not required. We're open to candidates with backgrounds in consultative sales, interior design, remodeling, construction, real estate, automotive, luxury retail, furniture, hospitality, or other relationship-driven industries.

Training, Support & A Strong Start

We believe the right people deserve the right foundation.

You'll start with our BVSB Sales 30 Day Bootcamp, a hands-on training program designed to help you learn our products, design approach, sales process, technology, and customer experience standards.

You'll also learn how to build your business by reconnecting with previous customers, developing referral relationships, networking in the community, generating reviews, and participating in company marketing initiatives.

Your first 30 days come with a $10,000 bonus opportunity:

• $5,000 New-Hire Bonus on Day One
• Additional $5,000 Bonus upon successful completion of our Sales 30 Day Bootcamp

Following training, you'll begin earning 10% commission on 100% of your sales.

And yes, there is NO cold calling.

We provide qualified homeowner opportunities to get you started. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your customer portfolio through referrals, previous customers, networking, reviews, relationships, and company marketing initiatives.
