Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Location: Ventura, CA. This is an on-site, field-connected leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved with the local team, clients, and referral partners throughout Ventura County.

Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of home care or senior care leadership experience and established referral relationships within Ventura County.

Job Description

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive overall branch growth and profitability.
• Develop business through established and new healthcare and senior care referral relationships.
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout Ventura County.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local team.
• Oversee staffing, caregiver operations, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor operational, financial, and growth KPIs and execute plans to achieve business goals.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence and improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of home care or senior care leadership experience.
• Established referral relationships within Ventura County.
• Proven business development and relationship-building ability.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and KPI management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
