Executive Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery
Summary
Leads investor delivery operations for a global financial services firm, overseeing client integration, policy compliance, and team performance while driving business growth and regulatory adherence.
• Support Managing Director with ID location management, global initiatives, projects, planning, deliverables, budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to company and ID department policies and procedures contributing to the policy, procedures development and review
process, with emphasis on gaps/risks and ensuring regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Support Client Integration, CSM and Business Development with new business generation, integration, retention.
• Manage as appropriate any sensitive or escalated queries/concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments
adhering to a high-quality standard.
• Support Product development and Product Management with development of Operating Model and Systems/Technical Resources
• Manage and drive individual performance of all direct reports through regular one to one meetings, regular performance discussions, career
coaching and development as requested, annual performance reviews as per company standards. Foster a professional environment of
encouraging personal and professional development.
• Be part of internal Client Service Management and Line of Business framework, participate as required in regular service review calls or other
client or business-related initiatives
• Champion Investor Delivery initiatives with your management team, supporting the development of solutions, constructive feedback, and idea
generation from the team members.
• Assume a lead role or be a contributor to projects, instilling a culture that embraces innovation, change and supports a global operating model.
• Support and Promote MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a business-related field
- 10+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, and asset management, with at least 5-10 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and collaboratively and provide, guidance, assistance and training when required.
- Strong people leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate business logic and risk adverse approach to resource management and operations
- Extensive leadership experience in Investor Services, fund administration or related industry
- Understanding of current and future technology landscape
