Executive Director of FirstLight Community Foundation and CDFI

The Executive Director of FirstLight Community Foundation & CDFI provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the FirstLight Community Foundation and owns and oversees FirstLight’s Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) program. This role is accountable for advancing community impact through effective governance, grant strategy and compliance, partner stewardship, staff leadership, and approved credit union advocacy and public policy education activities, while ensuring alignment with FirstLight Federal Credit Union’s mission, strategic objectives, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
