Executive Director

ALL in Education and ALL in Education Fund exist because the future of Arizona is inseparable from the success of its Latine* students. While 46% of Arizona’s PreK–12 students are Latine, only 16–17% of school administrators reflect that same community. ALL in Education closes that gap by building Latine leadership, power, and influence across Arizona’s education system, combining deep community leadership development with the power of direct advocacy and civic engagement through its affiliated 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations. Through programs including the Parent Educator Academy, LISTO Academy, Adelante Fellowship, and Juntos Leemos, ALL in Education has developed over 1,000 leaders, with alumni now serving on boards, in policy roles, and in public office across the state. Having built this foundation, the organization is now moving from its startup roots into an exciting growth phase and is seeking its next Executive Director to lead that evolution.

The Opportunity

Based in the Greater Phoenix area, the Executive Director will set the vision for ALL in Education’s next chapter, cultivate the partnerships and funders that will fuel its growth, and secure the organization’s seat at the table in the statewide education conversations that shape outcomes for Arizona’s Latine students. This leader will:

  • Build, sustain, and lead a high-performing, mission-driven team, and serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors
  • Serve as the organization’s primary relationship holder with funders, growing and diversifying ALL in Education’s funding base
  • Lead strategic planning, including finalizing the organization’s strategic plan and advancing its 501(c)(4) advocacy strategy
  • Build trust across a broad ecosystem of funders, alumni, board members, staff, families, and community allies
  • Provide strategic oversight of ALL in Education’s portfolio of leadership development and community programs
  • Set and drive the organization’s policy agenda, and navigate Arizona’s political landscape on behalf of Latine students and families

  • Demonstrated nonprofit fundraising experience, with the ability to step into existing funder relationships and cultivate new ones immediately
  • Experience developing or leading 501(c)(4) advocacy strategy, including familiarity with related compliance requirements
  • Political acumen and sophistication to negotiate and influence within complex policy environments; Arizona experience preferred but not required
