EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, WEALTH & CORPORATE CLIENT SOLUTIONS

Responsibilities:

1. Investment Solutions & Portfolio Management

• Lead discretionary and advisory portfolio solutions for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Design and oversee SMA, model portfolios and asset allocation frameworks.
• Develop investment strategy across equities, fixed income, funds and multi-asset solutions.
• Enhance portfolio risk management and governance processes.

2. Product Governance & Due Diligence

• Chair the product selection and onboarding process.
• Establish fund due diligence standards and governance frameworks.
• Manage Approved Product List (APL) and lending eligibility framework.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams.

3. Strategic Business Development

• Identify new wealth management capabilities and strategic partnerships.
• Drive collaboration with global asset managers, banks and technology providers.
• Support business growth through innovative investment offerings.

4. Digital Transformation & Platform Development

• Lead implementation of portfolio management, advisory and risk systems.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives across investment functions.
• Act as business sponsor for strategic technology projects.

5. Client Advisory & Thought Leadership

• Support relationship managers in servicing UHNW clients.
• Participate in key client meetings and investment committees.
• Conduct investment seminars and market outlook presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 20 years’ of working experience in investment and wealth management, covering global equities and multi-asset portfolio
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, asset allocation and wealth solutions for high-net worth clients
• Proven capability in end-to-end product development and large-scale project execution (strategy to system implementation)
• Advanced stakeholder management and global partnership experience
• Strong spoken and written Japanese language and English language skills.
