We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to recruit, select and retain employees in worker categories in order to fulfil organizational manpower requirements and reduce turnover and absenteeism in order to ensure organizational requirements are met in an effective manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct and carry out recruitment campaigns in selected villages in order to fill organizational manpower requirements.
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel rented by the company so as to create a healthy and safe environment whilst, looking into employee related issues and solving same.
  • Liaise with the Production department and other departments to identify, attract, select and recruit machine operators and other worker categories in order to fulfill manpower requirements of the organization.
  • Coordinate with JCC members and hold monthly meetings effectively, conduct parents day for all employees in a timely manner and arrange rewards and programmes such as OBT Programmes for the best line of the month Together with the team.
  • Assist in handling all disciplinary and grievance matters including industrial relations, ensure the organizations rules and procedures with regard to same are effectively communicated and implemented in order to foster a culture which is in line with objectives.
  • Conduct CSR projects as per the divisional requirement to enhance the immediate community of the plant, obtain feedback and expertise from the Central Sustainability team in order to ensure project sustainability whilst, preparing timelines for each project and completing the same in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work on shift basis.
  • Excellent leadership ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • IT Literacy.
