Executive Engagement Marketing Manager

The Executive Engagement Marketing Manager will lead the operational execution of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas. This role transforms program strategy into high-quality experiences for senior external audiences through strong planning, communication, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage complex programs ranging from executive dinners and hosted experiences to premium hospitality initiatives. The position works closely with Sales and account teams to engage senior decision-makers and equip sellers with effective outreach and follow-up resources. You will also oversee event marketing operations, audience journeys, measurement, and campaign workflows. Success requires strong organization, independent decision-making, and the ability to improve processes in a fast-moving environment. Accountabilities:
- Independently manage the operational planning and execution of a portfolio of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas, including executive dinners, hosted experiences, and sports hospitality programs.
- Build and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, workback schedules, attendee management processes, event briefs, and cross-functional communication plans.
- Partner with experiential leadership and internal stakeholders to translate program objectives, target audiences, and event formats into clear and effective execution plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and account teams to identify, prioritize, and engage senior executives within targeted accounts.
- Develop and manage seller enablement resources, including invitations, outreach templates, event details, attendee lists, follow-up guidance, and account-specific communications.
- Coordinate the complete attendee journey from invitation strategy and registration through confirmations, event-day communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Own event marketing materials and workflows, including email journeys, registration or landing pages, attendee communications, and supporting campaign assets.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Program Management to execute campaigns, establish consistent tracking, and measure the performance of executive engagement programs.
- Coordinate internal teams, agencies, venues, and external partners to ensure reliable event delivery and consistently high hospitality standards.
- Support on-site event execution when required and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and changes that could affect delivery or attendee experience.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and operating practices while using program data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve targeting, communications, follow-up, and execution.
- Bring at least 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, hospitality, or a related B2B marketing discipline.
- Demonstrate experience managing complex, detail-intensive projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Be capable of operating independently, prioritizing competing workstreams, and making sound decisions when information is incomplete or circumstances are ambiguous.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to engage effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external executive audiences.
- Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, including developing workback plans, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and resolving execution challenges.
- Bring a strong operational and analytical mindset, using program data, stakeholder feedback, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline marketing or operational workflows.
- Ideally, have experience supporting executive engagement programs, C-suite events, customer hospitality, hosted dinners, or premium event experiences.
- Experience in B2B technology, fintech, enterprise marketing, or similarly complex go-to-market environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, Asana, or comparable tools is advantageous.
- Experience developing scalable marketing processes, playbooks, templates, reporting frameworks, event attribution models, pipeline workflows, or account-based marketing strategies is a plus.
- The annual U.S. base salary range for this role is $143,400–$215,200.
- Additional benefits may include equity, company bonuses or sales commissions/bonuses, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and wellness stipends.
