<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Job Summary Responsible for operation and Maintenance of HVAC System & Water System</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">(Purified Water Generation & Distribution System, WFI Generation &</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Distribution system, Pure Steam Generation). Required document preparation,</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">and execution of Qualification activity of water System & HVAC system.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;"><br /></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Reporting To (Designation) Head of Engineering Department / Designee</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC & all Utilities</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Equipment’s i.e. including Pre Treatment (Softener), RO, EDI, Purified</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Water generation & distribution system, Pure steam generation system, WFI</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Generation & Distribution system and Air Handling Unit.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">2. Responsible for communicating with user departments for area clearance and</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">ensuring timely execution of Preventive maintenance, handling of break</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">downs of different equipment’s, qualification activity related to HVAC &</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">Water system with all respective documentation.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">3. Providing technical assistance to other engineers, technicians on HVAC &</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">water system related issues.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">4. Responsible for checking of Operation/Maintenance logbooks/Record</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">related to HVAC system, Water system and other Engineering Equipment’s.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">5. Responsible for monitoring consumption of spare parts and maintaining</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">critical inventory related to HVAC system and water system.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">6. Ensure zero Accident / incident in factory premises.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">7. 100% Audit compliances by maintaining all cGMP documents and logbook</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">as per respective SOPs.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">8. Responsible to provide support in qualification activities of water system &</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">HVAC system.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">9. Responsible for requisition of logbooks or format issuance.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent:-0.25in;">10. Responsible to execute all other activities assigned by HOD.</p>
