• Gathering and updating the data into the client systems
• Evaluate incoming applications, interpret necessary information for completing assigned tasks
• Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary)
• Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
• Interact with onshore business team to complete assigned tasks
• Successful achievement of learning and development milestones as defined by training program guidelines

• Graduate with at least fifteen (15) years of education or diploma in any discipline

Minimum 1 year onths of Insurance Experience(P&C), people with UW support(Endorsement, Policy Servicing) experience will be preferred
