About the job:
Serve as a strategic finance advisor within the Executive Assistant Office, supporting executive leadership in managing corporate P&L performance, financial planning, business reviews, and decision-making. The role translates financial data into executive-level insights and actionable critical activities, partners with Finance and business units to monitor performance, and helps drive prioritized actions that link corporate strategy, operating execution, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support executive leadership in monitoring corporate P&L performance, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, and key financial indicators
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, business review materials, variance analysis, and performance dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Partner with Finance Department and business units on annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, business assumptions, and financial target tracking
• Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and business recommendations that translate data findings into actionable critical activities, enabling management to evaluate risks, capture opportunities, allocate resources, and improve profitability
• Identify key performance gaps, root causes, and financial impact drivers, then define practical follow-up actions, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes to support executive execution tracking
• Conduct industry, market, and competition analysis to support executive discussions, strategic planning, and corporate performance reviews
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among Finance, operations, sales, and global stakeholders to align financial planning, execution follow-up, and management reporting
• Drive improvements in executive financial reporting, data usability, BI dashboards, and management review processes in collaboration with Finance and IT teams
• Support ad-hoc executive analysis, corporate initiatives, and special projects related to P&L management, cost optimization, business transformation, and strategic execution
