Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule, including attendance management, full-and-final settlements (FNF), audits, and statutory requirements. 2.Maintain accurate payroll data across systems, covering benefits and tax components. 3,Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF); stay updated on changes to tax and labor regulations and adjust processes accordingly. 4.Maintain comprehensive records of payroll documentation and transactions; prepare and distribute MIS reports for management review. 5.Address and resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies promptly. 6.Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to coordinate payroll cycles and ensure accurate employee data management
