Vacancies in the Finishing Department -
We are seeking qualified and experienced Shift In-Charge to manage and supervise operations in the Finishing Department and ensure smooth production during the assigned shift. Shift Executive – Finishing Operations
Job Responsibilities –
Supervise finishing department operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor finishing processes and maintain required production efficiency.
Guide and supervise machine operators and workers.
Maintain proper production records and shift reports.
Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective actions.
Candidate Profile -
Degree or NDT in Textile.
10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in a fabric mill.
Understanding of fabric geometry and behavior.
Sound knowledge of finishing machinery and its functions (Slitting, Stenters, Dryers, Compactors).
Ability to absorb work pressure and work on Shift basis.
