Executive Function Coach
We need you to serve as the daily executive function coach for up to four U.S.-based clients with ADHD. Each day, we will rely on you to run consistent, structured touchpoints that help clients stay on track with their routines—without shame, pressure, or “one-size-fits-all” thinking.
- Lead a structured morning check-in via Zoom with each client (goal setting, priorities, and planning for the day).
- Send transition reminders using WhatsApp to support movement between tasks/activities.
- Facilitate structured strategy sessions to lock in what works for clients and help them reflect thoughtfully about what is not working as well to build sustainable growth.
- Apply neurodivergent-affirming principles in every interaction, using language and coaching approaches that respect the lived reality of executive function challenges.
- Maintain clear, reliable communication and follow our coaching frameworks consistently.
- Keep client information handled with confidentiality appropriate for remote video sessions.
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern, Monday–Friday.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a coach who can combine clinical-level insight with calm, practical day-to-day support. We will train you in our proprietary coaching frameworks, but you must be able to deliver structured coaching with empathy and clarity—especially for neurodivergent clients.
- Education: Master’s degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (or equivalent).
- Communication: Strong spoken and written English.
- Remote readiness: Reliable fiber internet and a quiet, private workspace for confidential video sessions.
- Experience (preferred): Experience with ADHD, executive function challenges, or work with neurodivergent populations.
- Coaching mindset: We value patience, consistency, and the ability to translate executive function concepts into actionable routines.
- Client-centered approach: You should be able to support clients in a strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming way—helping them build systems that fit their real lives.
- Dependability: You must be able to reliably meet the scheduled daily rhythm and respond appropriately with reminders and check-ins.
- Openness to technology: Willing to learn and adopt novel technological systems designed to support you on your coaching journey, predict and track what works well for your individual clients, and ensure critical client deliverables don't fall through the cracks.
Pay: $1,000/month.
Work model: Remote full-time contractor role with daily Zoom check-ins and message-based transition reminders.
Training & support: We will train you in our proprietary coaching frameworks and technologies, as well as provide ongoing support from our expert clinical leadership that understands both the science and the day-to-day reality of executive function challenges.
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern, Monday–Friday.
