📍 Location: Raffles
📄 Employment: 1-Year Contract
💰 Salary: Up to $4,300/month
🎁 Bonus: Up to 1.5 months (Performance + Completion Bonus)
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• 1-hour lunch break
What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle issuance of new business, renewal, and endorsement documents for commercial General Insurance policies
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy documentation
• Maintain service standards and ensure timely processing of insurance transactions
• Manage policy documentation and related administrative activities
• Respond to email and phone enquiries from customers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant teams to resolve policy and operational queries
• Support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and work processes
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
