Executive ‐ Group Consolidation and Compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Support efforts to identify, cultivate, deploy, and enhance the consolidation process through the utilization of cost-effective tools and autonomation. This entails fostering initiatives aimed at refining and optimizing the consolidation process to drive efficiency.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, encompassing multi-currency intercompany reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
- Deliver precise and prompt financial information and analysis for routine reporting as well as ad hoc inquiries
- Conduct specialized research and analysis on diverse accounting matters to support unique projects or specific requests
- Identify evolving accounting standards from diverse regulatory bodies and assess their implications for the Group
- Enhance the Group's Accounting Procedures to integrate shifts in the business environment and embrace industry-leading practices
- Compile essential governance inputs for organization-wide initiatives and contribute insights for operational, reporting, and monitoring endeavors.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
- 1- 2 years of combined experience in a Big Four Accounting Firm as well as in industry working including experience in IFRS consolidated reporting and preparation of Group Financial Statements.
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting
- Excellent command of ERP, BI, EPM tools, Microsoft Excel, strong analytical, report writing and communication skills
