* Full time on site role and responsible for all kitchen operations.

* Strong experience in European and fusion cuisine, good amnagement skilles

* Lead role in setting customers' dining experience.

* Menu planning, manading inventory and kitchen budget

* Good communications skills. Able to train new colleagues

* Interacts well with servic eteam, vendors and suppliers
