Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Canton South is hiring an experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping and laundry team. If you have hotel housekeeping management, supervisory, or hospitality leadership experience and take pride in clean rooms and happy guests, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, including room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and the lobby to meet Marriott brand and Commonwealth Hotels standards
• Manage daily room assignments and keep rooms ready on time
• Control labor costs, supply costs, and inventory to meet budget goals
• Order and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, and handle performance and discipline when needed
• Respond quickly to guest requests and complaints to keep guest satisfaction scores high
• Work with the front desk, maintenance, and general manager to keep rooms in service
• Enforce safety, sanitation, OSHA, and chemical handling procedures
• Monitor deep cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance of rooms and equipment
• Support guest satisfaction (Marriott GSS) and cleanliness scores
• Step in and clean rooms when needed to support the team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel housekeeping supervisor or Executive Housekeeper experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, scheduling, and budgeting
• Experience with hotel property management software (PMS) and housekeeping systems is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
