As our Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service while fostering an atmosphere that embodies the spirit of JA Hotels & Resorts.

You Will

Lead and inspire the housekeeping and laundry teams

Drive exceptional quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction standards

Ensure flawless presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

Champion training, development, and engagement within your team

Manage VIP room inspections and operational audits

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care

Collaborate with hotel leaders to deliver memorable guest experiences

Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and operational excellence

We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hotel environment

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

Strong leadership and team development skills

GCC hospitality experience is an advantage

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

A genuine passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences
