Executive ‐ Human Resource Systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in process harmonization, implementation and transformation across MAS as and when required
  • Manage the database accuracy as well as ensure a system backup management plan is in place to combat data related issues
  • Ensure the pay process (absence, time and labour and winpoll) runs smoothly whilst ensuring data reconciliation and system configuration is done within the required timelines
  • Monitor daily operations whilst ensuring system issues are sorted within stipulated lead times
  • Maintain and drive the established governance structure for HCM and Payroll process for all SBUs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Group risk & control / IT Governance) on the agreed process governance for payroll & HCM
  • Collaborate with the software development team to resolve implementation issues and barriers at SBU levels by providing system support and guidance
  • Be responsible of developing communication materials such as reports, presentations and other documents for GHR and SBUs
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
  • Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, Group/company policies & procedures, best practices (where the group / company policies and procedures are not defined) relevant laws and regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

  • Degree in IT or any other relevant field
  • 1- 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
