Executive, Human Resources & Infrastructure (HRI)
We are seeking a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented person to join our Corporate Services & Strategy (CSS) team. This role offers hands-on exposure to abroad spectrum of Human Resources functions including HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance and general HR administration.
Job Description & Major Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for HR functions
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and documentation.
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely HR support.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding-related documentation and compliance requirements.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate and administer training programs and development initiatives.
- Monitor training completion status and maintain training records.
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development plans.
Employment & Statutory Compliance
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support statutory reporting and surveys, including submissions to MOM, IRAS, SNEF, and other relevant agencies.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employment practices, and relevant employment legislation.
- Liaise with corporate secretaries and tax agents on expatriate tax-related matters.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, templates, and key metrics.
- Generate HR-related data and insights to support talent management initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring HR-related expenditures.
Employer Branding & Corporate Support
- Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms to strengthen employer branding efforts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Field Service Engineers and other business support staff.
- Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and corporate events.
- Provide general administrative support for HR and office-related matters.
Desired Qualifications / Requirements /Competencies :
- Candidates possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Detailed-oriented with a proactive and collaborative attitude
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Require good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills
