Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as an Executive – Human Resources. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assure perfect execution and expected KPIs whilst adhering to set processes in delivering on assigned/relevant human resource workstream responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for associate and staff roles: sourcing, interviews, documentation, and system access.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

  • Maintain accurate data entry across HR systems.

  • Resolve system errors by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare employee letters and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.

  • Oversee exit formalities, including exit interviews.

  • Coordinate performance-related activities: incentives, grading, testing, and development plans.

  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, safety, and legal standards.

  • Support zero-audit failure through strict compliance with HR processes.

  • Handle personal files, attendance systems, and employee documentation.

  • Coordinate insurance claims, vendor payments, and welfare activities (e.g., salary advances, death donations).

  • Fully manage payroll processes, including data handling and audits.

  • Support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives beyond regular responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management

  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience

  • Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Working knowledge of HRIS and data management systems

  • Understanding of payroll and compliance standards

  • Strong coordination skills across teams and vendors

  • Attention to detail with audit and documentation accuracy

  • Ability to handle employee lifecycle processes end-to-end

  • Proactive mindset with willingness to support strategic HR initiatives
