EXECUTIVE (INSOLVENCY & RESTRUCTURING)
Summary
Assists with insolvency, restructuring, and receivership assignments, including financial analysis and report drafting for courts and creditors.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist in insolvency and receivership assignments and investigations
· Assist in financial and operational restructuring, liquidation and investigation assignments
· Assist in drafting reports and documents for Courts and creditors
· Review and analyse financial information
· Stakeholder relations, including managing client or creditor inquiries, and keeping relevant parties informed on progress and expected outcomes
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent
· Able to work effectively under stress and independently in a fast-paced environment
· Meticulous and strong foundation in mathematics and/or accounting
· Strong financial, business and reporting skills; and strong written and spoken communication skills
· Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
· Candidates who demonstrate relevant experience and expertise may be considered for a senior role
· Able to start work immediately or on short notice shall be advantageous
