Executive Insurance Medcare Woman and Child Hospital
Your responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and submitting insurance and corporate bills.
Coordinate with insurance companies and corporate clients for approvals and billing.
Prepare daily collection reports.
Maintain operational records and claim dispatch records.
Handle patient registration for inpatient and outpatient services.
Assist patients with insurance-related queries.
Prepare cost estimations for treatments and procedures.
Coordinate with clinical departments regarding insurance approvals.
Update patient billing until discharge.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Education & experience
Post graduate degree/diploma in management; certification in medical coding (CCA) is required.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in similar role.
