Summary

Provides HR advisory support, processes employee cases, and manages administrative tasks for KPMG’s People Advisory team in Gurgaon.

The Group People and Resourcing Function plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall business strategy. As a People Advisor you will be required to work as part of a team in the People Advisory team.

The role will entail liaising across the business with key stakeholders and external clients where required. You will be perceived as proactive, credible and accountable.

You will have responsibility for managing your own cases, providing advice on KPMG policies and procedures, as well as data entry and administrative tasks.

Conducting exit interviews
Supporting E-D promotions quarterly cycles
Supporting Step progressions quarterly cycles
4 week trigger reporting and proactively advising on next steps
Managing and completing H&S and Microlink referral, where applicable
Processing New Student Health Questionnaires and advising on next steps
Prepare and present at moderation panels
Process ad-hoc leavers request
You will be the first point of contact for such queries and cases, with the expectation to escalate to Onshore team where appropriate considering complexity and nature of the case and response to information received
You will be expected to be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the People Advisory Lead.
Manage varied noncomplex People Advisory activity including casework and cyclical activities
Ensuring all records, systems and documentation are accurately updated and compliant with KPMG requirements
Demonstrate strong customer service skills understanding the needs of our clients and our role within People Operations
Work as part of a team and the business to ensure a smooth and seamless service is given to colleagues
Proactively develop strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including business contacts, Centres of Excellence and external parties
Ad hoc reporting across various systems including analysis and bespoke reports e.g. attrition reporting
Proactively support and add value to Group People and Resourcing function
The successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate:
Experience working in an HR shared services or Customer Services environment; in a financial services industry
Qualified or studying towards Human Resource Management degree or equivalent
An ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels, building rapport and challenging professionally;
High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised client centric environment;
Excellent attention to detail;
Excellent communicator – written and verbal with the ability to write and respond in a professional, customer focused manner
The ability to influence and confidently negotiate at all levels;
Good organisational, literacy and numeracy skills;
The ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, autonomous environment; and
Good proficiency with IT Office, including: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. as well as SAP HR, Appain,, HRSD (ServiceNow) Success Factors or equivalent HR system.
