Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Strategy & Needs Analysis

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) / Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with business units to identify skills gaps.
  • Support development of learning strategies aligned to organisational goals and competency frameworks.
  • Analyse training data to recommend targeted learning interventions.
  • Partner stakeholders to translate business needs into structured learning plans.

Competency Development & Capability Building

  • Support design and review ofcompetency frameworks for job roles.
  • Map training programmes to competencies for capability progression.
  • Identify core, functional and leadership competencies.
  • Monitor competency development outcomes using training data.

Training Operations & Programme Management

  • Plan and coordinate training programmes including enrolment, logistics and scheduling.
  • Liaise with stakeholders andtraining providers for programme delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with funding and organisational policies.
  • Support budget monitoring and cost-effective learning solutions.

Learning Management Systems & Data Management

  • Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS), including updates and user administration.
  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track participation and effectiveness.
  • Analyse data to support decision-making.

Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-training evaluations and measure effectiveness.
  • Identify improvement areas and recommend enhancements.
  • Support continuous improvement of policies and SOPs.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with training providers and educational institutions.
  • Support learning engagement across the organisation.

Governance Compliance & Audit

  • Support training audits and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain documentation for training records and reporting.
  • Contribute to enterprise risk management for training processes.

Job Holder Requirements

Qualification: Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of training administrative experience
  • Experience in TNA/LNA or competency mapping preferred
  • Experience managing LMS and training data

Other Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to take initiative and build trustful relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of competency frameworks and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
  • Proven knowledge in Learning Management System / Training System is an added advantage
