Executive (Learning & Development)
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Strategy & Needs Analysis
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) / Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with business units to identify skills gaps.
- Support development of learning strategies aligned to organisational goals and competency frameworks.
- Analyse training data to recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Partner stakeholders to translate business needs into structured learning plans.
Competency Development & Capability Building
- Support design and review ofcompetency frameworks for job roles.
- Map training programmes to competencies for capability progression.
- Identify core, functional and leadership competencies.
- Monitor competency development outcomes using training data.
Training Operations & Programme Management
- Plan and coordinate training programmes including enrolment, logistics and scheduling.
- Liaise with stakeholders andtraining providers for programme delivery.
- Ensure compliance with funding and organisational policies.
- Support budget monitoring and cost-effective learning solutions.
Learning Management Systems & Data Management
- Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS), including updates and user administration.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track participation and effectiveness.
- Analyse data to support decision-making.
Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct post-training evaluations and measure effectiveness.
- Identify improvement areas and recommend enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement of policies and SOPs.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with training providers and educational institutions.
- Support learning engagement across the organisation.
Governance Compliance & Audit
- Support training audits and ensure compliance.
- Maintain documentation for training records and reporting.
- Contribute to enterprise risk management for training processes.
Job Holder Requirements
Qualification: Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of training administrative experience
- Experience in TNA/LNA or competency mapping preferred
- Experience managing LMS and training data
Other Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to take initiative and build trustful relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
- Proven knowledge in Learning Management System / Training System is an added advantage
