Executive Lounge Supervisor (Club Millésime)

Summary

Oversee the daily operations of a luxury hotel executive lounge, leading a team to deliver VIP guest experiences, manage service standards, and collaborate with hotel departments.

What you will be doing:

  • Supervise the Club Millésime team - delivering exceptional luxury service and supporting team success.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by welcoming VIPs, ALL members and Club Millésime guests with personalised service.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the lounge, ensuring outstanding presentation, food and beverage service, and attention to detail.
  • Resolve guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office, Housekeeping and the culinary team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Coach and support team members while maintaining Sofitel's luxury standards and brand expectations.
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of Club Millésime through strong organisation, communication and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, executive lounge, Front Office or Food & Beverage environment is highly regarded
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised luxury service.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud PMS (or a similar system) is preferred.
  • Current RSA certification and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
