Executive Manager / Senior Manager (Procurement)

You will be part of the finance team, playing a key role in shaping and driving the Authority’s procurement function. This is a dynamic role where you will support effective procurement governance, provide practical advice, and contribute to continuous improvements in procurement policies, processes, and practices.[What you will be working on]
- Procurement planning and advisory
- Partner with line departments to understand their needs, review specifications, and develop procurement strategies that meet project requirements.
- End-to-end procurement support
- Support the full procurement process, including preparing sourcing documents, evaluating submissions, seeking approvals, and managing contracts.
- Assist with contract management activities, such as monitoring contract expiry dates and following up on required actions.
- Governance and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Review procurement policies and work processes to keep them effective and relevant.
- Identify opportunities to add value, strengthen controls, introduce innovative solutions, and improve procurement practices.

- Service-oriented, meticulous, and resourceful
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence in using data for reporting and process improvement
- Public sector or procurement-related experience will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and suppliers effectively
- Proactive team player who can work independently and collaborate well with others
