Executive, Marketing Designer & Sales Support
Summary
Designs marketing materials and labels while supporting sales by coordinating with customers, managing orders, and handling customer service inquiries using Adobe tools and MS Office.
Develop and create Visuals / Label Artwork /Collaterals
· Coordinate with customers for design conceptualization
· Follow up with Printer on design confirmation and printing timeline
· Manage targeted orders and monitor delivery status
· Attend to inbound calls; including enquiries, complaints and feedback from customers
· Provide alternative solutions with excellent customer service via phone calls and emails
· Follow up with Customer in a timely manner
· Any other duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
· Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing / Sales Supportrole in FMCG industry; preferably in Food & Beverage industry
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator /MS Office
· Able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a goodportfolio will be a plus point
· Confident to communicate with all levels / differentcultural backgrounds
· Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customerservice;
· Meticulous, organized, tactful; able to take initiativeand has strong interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, self-discipline, independent, patient andwillingness to learn
· Able to work independently as well as a good team player
