Executive - Marketing Strategy Analyst

The Marketing Strategy Analyst supports the strategic planning and reporting activities including annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly business updates and period end closing. The role will also be responsible to analyse market trends, measure ROI, assist on market research projects, analyse post branding campaign results and develop strategies that could improve and optimize our marketing campaigns and its effectiveness, ultimately contributing to business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Support key planning cycles, including development of annual budgets, quarterly business updates, and monthly sales performance.

  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities, including sales and marketing expenditure report analyses along with business insights, preparation of portfolio financials.

  • Support in market research project, analysing various brand health metrics and transforming key insights in to actionable strategies to close the performance gap.

  • Support the Manager in strategic analysis, marketing research, presentations and reports to management and the Board.

  • Monitor and evaluate key KPI(s) ie: Marketing Expenditure, Grand Opening Event, Brand Awareness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and retail marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in business or marketing planning. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong data analytical skills and passion for numerical reasoning with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
