Executive - PCR QA

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for To ensure that organizational processes and the products that result comply with the requirements of standards , as well as customer, regulatory, and the organization's own requirements. Major Responsibilities : Plan and execute daily audits to verify adherence to SOP Identity the opportunities for improvements (B C type deviation) through audits Ensure closure of major deviations identified in the daily audit Conduct cut tyres analysis as per plan Facilitate the Quality improvements projects Support preparation activities for the customer and third party (IATF product certification) audits Follow SOPS and risk control measures in daily operations. Skills : Knowledge on tyre manufacturing Cut Tyre Analysis Quality Tools Techniques Audit methodologies and techniques Problem solving methodology Knowledge On IATF 16949 Relevant Experience : 3 Years Education Qualification(s) : B.E/B.Tech
