Description

Executive – Processes, Supply Chain

Department: Supply Chain & Operations
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Key Requirement: Advanced, end-to-end Unicommerce (Uniware) expertise

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Unicommerce professional who can take end-to-end ownership of our Unicommerce operations, identify process gaps, resolve complex system and operational issues, and implement robust, scalable processes.

This is not just a system-operating role. We need a problem solver and process owner who can investigate root causes, explore system capabilities, implement effective solutions, and establish preventive controls to avoid recurring problems.

Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Unicommerce Management

  • Manage and optimise all Unicommerce modules and workflows.
  • Handle purchase order (PO) creation, goods receipt notes (GRN), inwarding, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
  • Manage product listing, cataloguing, SKU creation, SKU mapping, and channel integrations.
  • Oversee sales order creation, order processing, fulfilment, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Unicommerce, warehouses, marketplaces, Shopify, and integrated systems.

2. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Deep-dive into operational and system issues to identify root causes.
  • Explore existing Unicommerce features, configurations, and alternative workflows to resolve challenges.
  • Develop permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes.
  • Establish SOPs, preventive controls, and automated checks to minimise recurring errors.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Unicommerce support and internal teams for technical issue resolution.

3. Inventory Management & Demand Planning

  • Ensure accurate inventory mapping across SKUs, warehouses, and sales channels.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies, inventory movements, and reconciliation.
  • Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock availability analysis using Unicommerce data.
  • Develop reporting for stock ageing, inventory accuracy, stockouts, and inventory health.

4. Data Analysis & Cost Optimisation

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret operational data from Unicommerce.
  • Analyse inventory, order processing, fulfilment, and supply chain costs.
  • Build dashboards and MIS reports to monitor key operational KPIs.
  • Identify inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable process improvements.

5. System Integration & Process Governance

  • Manage marketplace, website, warehouse, and logistics integrations within Unicommerce.
  • Troubleshoot order sync failures, inventory mismatches, SKU mapping issues, and integration errors.
  • Conduct regular process audits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Train internal teams on Unicommerce workflows and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in system utilisation and operational accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Excellent hands-on, end-to-end knowledge of Unicommerce (Uniware).
  • Strong expertise in PO, GRN, cataloguing, channel integration, order management, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex Unicommerce issues independently.
  • Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data and cost analysis.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to develop SOPs, implement process controls, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
