Executive, Procurement (6-month Contract Renewable)

We are looking for motivated and purpose-driven individuals to join our Procurement team as Executive/ Senior Executive, Procurement & Category Management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement and procurement operations while supporting large-scale preschool and senior care operations with meaningful community impact.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to support procurement initiatives, drive value-for-money purchasing, strengthen governance practices and contribute to process improvement and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of organisation-wide procurement and transformation initiatives that support preschool and senior care services across Singapore

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different functions to understand business needs and contribute to strategic purchasing decisions

  • Gain exposure to category management, sourcing strategies and procurement best practices in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment

  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve procurement processes, user experience and operational efficiency

  • Work on projects involving procurement analytics, spend insights and digitalisation initiatives

  • Develop strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills through cross-functional collaboration

  • Build valuable experience in governance, compliance and procurement operations within a large and regulated organization

  • Learn from experienced procurement professionals and gain broad exposure to end-to-end procurement and category management practices

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related disciplines, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Experience: Candidates with internship or project experience in procurement, operations or supply chain will have an advantage

  • Other Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

    • Strong communication skills

    • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Proactive, organised and willing to learn

    • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

(This is a 6-month contract position with an option to extend for an additional 6 months, subject to performance and organisational needs.)
