Job Description:

A. Sourcing & Procurement Management

  • Lead sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP/tender processes for materials and services.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance criteria.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to achieve cost optimization and value-for-money procurement.
  • Manage supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

B. Contract & Compliance Management

  • Monitor contract execution, compliance, and performance against agreed terms and conditions.
  • Track contract expiry, renewal timelines, and ensure timely action.
  • Support resolution of contractual issues, including variations and claims.

C. Documentation and paperwork:

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier correspondence for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Prepare, review, and manage procurement documentation in compliance with company policies (including GPPA).
  • Support the preparation and verification of contracts, purchase orders, and sourcing documentation.

D. Supplier & Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Finance) to align sourcing requirements with business needs.
  • Coordinate supplier communications and ensure timely response to queries or issues.
  • Support vendor performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.

E. Procurement Operations Support

  • Ensure smooth execution of procurement processes and administrative coordination related to sourcing activities.
  • Assist in organizing procurement-related meetings (tender briefings, vendor discussions, evaluation sessions).
  • Support preparation of reports, summaries, and procurement updates for management review.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

  • Additional training or certification in contract management, sourcing strategies, or logistics operations is desirable.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds may be considered for junior roles; however, practical experience in procurement or supply chain functions will be an added advantage.
