Executive - Procurement

As an Executive in Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving cost savings, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting thorough market research and analysis.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage the procurement process, including issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for efficient process management.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
