Sunburn, is Asia’s Premiere Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Festival and is ranked amongst the world’s biggest music festivals. Your Profile
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Sunburn Reload and club shows across India, including travel and on-ground event execution.
- Lead end-to-end event planning, from project timelines and venue coordination to execution and closure.
- Manage relationships with club partners, venue owners, promoters, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, PR, and Ticketing teams to ensure seamless event promotions and execution.
- Manage event operations, including accreditations, vendor coordination, F&B, budgets, cost sheets, P&L tracking, and financial closures.
- Prepare post-event reports, complete documentation, and conduct reviews to identify key learnings and improvements.
