Executive Recruiter (Part Time)
This opportunity is ideal for undergraduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and executive search while balancing their studies.
You will work closely with experienced team members to support active client assignments and identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles. Through hands-on guidance and mentorship, you will learn how to manage the recruitment process—from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination and follow-up.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting active executive search and recruitment assignments
- Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels
- Reviewing applications and conducting initial candidate screening
- Reaching out to prospective candidates and introducing relevant opportunities
- Preparing candidate profiles and shortlists for client submission
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Updating candidate records, recruitment trackers, and internal databases
- Conducting basic market and talent research for assigned roles
- Working towards sourcing, outreach, and candidate-submission targets
- Providing regular updates on the progress of assigned searches
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable approaching new people
- Resourceful, proactive, and willing to explore different sourcing channels
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
- Organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-through
- Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities
- Persistent and motivated when working on challenging searches
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment platforms is advantageous
- Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required
- Candidates with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification will be preferred. Candidates without CEI certification must be willing to enrol in and complete the required CEI examination.
